Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we hope you love your new SL Designs piece. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your items within 5 days of receipt. The following exceptions apply:

There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders, pre-orders, damaged items or items that have been worn.

Pre-orders and Special Orders

If you place a special order or pre-order, we will make every effort to obtain a similar stone as what is showcased on our website. However, please note that each stone is naturally unique and beautiful in it’s own way and will differ to varying degrees in both shape and color. Pre-orders and special orders are non-refundable and non exchangeable so please keep this in mind prior to placing an order. Feel free to discuss any concerns you might have with regard to a pre-order or special order with one of our team members in advance.

Repairs and Defects

SL Designs will repair or replace (at our descretion) any item that is damaged due to manufacturer defect within 60 days of receipt.

After 60 days the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred by repairing the merchandise, if the merchandise is able to be repaired.

SL Designs does not cover repair costs for normal wear and tear or damage.

All repair orders will be assigned a Service Repair Order (SRO) number that is to be included with merchandise sent in for repair.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8am-4pm PST. Orders places outside of the time will be processed the next business day.

Standard shipping is 3-6 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available on checkout form.

To track your order, please use the “My Order” link in your confirmation email to retrieve your tracking number, then visit the appropriate shipper website:

Please note that Pre-Order Diamond Collection pieces are made to order and can take up to 6-8 weeks to ship. If the item is available it will ship immediately.

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and any other charges that are not included in the order total, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Address MUST match the billing address of your card.

Customers ordering from outside the US/CA MUST select the PayPal credit card option.

Customers ordering from the US/CA can also use the Paypal credit card option as an alternative method of checking out.

Jewelry Disclaimer

Per our website please note that jewelry in our collection featuring gemstones are unique and “one of a kind”. This means that the style you see on the website may have gemstones that slightly vary in shape, size and color due to the natural gemstone variations. This means no one will have a piece of jewelry 100% identical to yours!

Gold plated and Sterling Silver finishes should be cleaned regularly with a microfiber cloth to help maintain the life of the piece you purchased. Please note that items in our collection that are Sterling silver may need slightly more cleaning care as Sterling Silver tends to oxidize faster than Gold plated items.

Please use appropriate care avoiding direct and prolonged contact with water, lotions, perfumes & chemicals.

Excessive polishing is unnecessary and not recommended.
